Create your own travel map!

I wish it was more detailed as I felt I could not select Mexico, having only visited Tijuana; plus I feel a little guilty having selected Turkey and Spain as I only saw Istanbul and Barcelona. I guess to 'balance' it out I did not select China, as Hong Kong has been my only experience (other than a stop-over in Taiwan).

I've been meaning to ask, how are you getting links into the article titles? Just straight html or is there a trick to it? I want to steal the idea for the "Maps" blog, so folks can go directly to a bigger version of the posted maps...
Lemme know, if you don't mind sharing the knowledge!

Hi! In the 'settings', you go to "Formatting section."

Click 'yes' for title field and link field. Although, I believe that activates every headline. I don't believe you can select active links on a few chosen headlines...

I've been trying to embed a link into text to no avail? Do you use html? Normally I use http://www. and that does it. Maybe I should be adding < > ?

Do your post in the "compose" area, highlight the word you want and click on the "add link" button up top. If you then click over to the "edit HTML" tab, you can see the html that it adds. I always add a target="_blank" after my links so that a new page opens rather than have folks navigate away and maybe never come back. Just one of my little habits.
