Madame Tutli Putli wins at Cannes

This is a 45 second trailer which gives a sliver of the skill and craftsmanship that went into this short film. Check out the 'Animating of Madame Tutli Putli' for a more in-depth view.

Once again, the NFB shows that if you fund it, there's a lot of undiscovered talent that can do some spectacular things.

One of the few things our government does that actually does what it is intended to do...and well! Go figure.

Hey GB! Yes, without the NFB it would be very difficult to be discovered or even progress in one's craft. Typically most talented people are forced to move to the States. Hey why are we still here? ; )
