Thanks, Sawsee. But still the same problem. This time it downloaded 2:55 and then just stopped. I'm not pushing any buttons, just allowing it to buffer and download on its own. Is there another way I should be doing it?

Yes, the Google one was more emotional and instructive but the youtube one gave the big picture of adjusting attitude and exuberance.
I tend to sit in the back row, so this video does speak to me...
