Did you see where Madame Tutli-Putli was nominated for an Oscar?

Very cool for the film-makers to get that kind of recognition. Looked beautiful and elegant.

Hi JDH!

I heard the film may be up for a nomination but had not heard any news about it. I've only seen the trailor so I'm looking forward to one day seeing the whole film.

It sure seems like animation is making a big comeback!

Have you been watching the mobisodes of Lost? The last one is up at youtube. There are 13 total. Very interesting set-ups in these very short scenes.

And the creators of the show said they are part of the story of Lost.

Help the clueless, please, what are mobisodes?

The artwork of Coraline seems beyond amazing, but that is by far the darkest and creepiest "children's" book I've ever read...

From what I understand these little scenes were made for Verizon cell phones (mobi (mobile phone) + isode (epsode) = mobisode) I'm guessing.

No, JDH, you're right.

Worst. Made-up. Word. Ever.

Actually, I think I said just that in my first recap this year...

Hi all!

I have not watched the mobi-sodes yet.

Have they given insight into Lost?

newbie! The Coraline trailer was so creepy I almost passed on posting it, but the effects were so good I could not resist.

Sawsee!
For the most part, the mobisodes are just filler.

Of the 13, the one with Jack and Ben playing Chess and the one involving Christian Sheppard are the only two that MIGHT be truly story relevant...

I think the Juliet and Michael might be set-up for the baby Aaron/Kate story. Plus the watch that Jack's dad gave him might have something to do with the watch given to Jin. They felt like retcons (retroactive continuity) in a way.
Number 13 was interesting and the one with Juliet and Ben talking about Walt was interesting as well.

You can see them at ABC.com too.

Ok, I'm intrigued! I wonder if I have to watch the mobisodes on my cell in my car, or while walking briskly to view them as they were originally intended?

Hi JDH!

I've been rather busy so still have not watched the mobisodes.

I'll try this weekend!
